At the core of my artistic practice is an exploration of the inner landscape — Individuation, the process of rediscovering the Self, and the tools that allow to access deeper layers of the psyche. Drawing from Jungian psychology, Eastern philosophies, and meditative practices, my research examines the ways we navigate our subconscious, seeking integration and transformation. My work as a meditation facilitator and Reiki practitioner is an extension of this creative inquiry, offering direct, embodied pathways into these inner realms.
Reiki energy healing — offered both online and in person — works to dissolve energetic blockages, restore balance, and awaken the body’s innate healing potential. Much like the creative process, Reiki is a dialogue with the unseen, a practice of attuning to subtle energies and allowing them to guide transformation. Through guided meditations, I guide individuals in cultivating inner stillness, sharpening self-awareness, and deepening their connection to the unconscious, unlocking intuitive knowledge.
I offer one-on-one energy healing sessions. They typically last 1-1,5 hours, allowing time for grounding, the energy work itself and integration afterwards.
The suggested energy exchange for a Single Session is £100.
In addition, I also offer an Integration Arc package of 3 session for £280.
While a single session can shift something and be a great way to start, a deeper work tends to ask for more than an hour. If you're in a season of real transition: grief, a major decision, burnout, creative block, or simply the unsettled feeling that something in you is asking for attention, the Integration Arc holds space for continuity of your healing journey and allows the body more time to integrate the experience.
Beyond one-on-one sessions, I lead workshops that integrate meditation, sound, movement, and creative expression. These gatherings serve as portals into self-inquiry, providing tools to navigate this oversaturated world with greater presence, clarity, and creativity.
If you would like me to host a workshop in your space, I would be more than happy to create a bespoke offering or facilitate one of my existing workshops, which include guided meditations, art healing, automatic drawing, movement workshops, and listening sessions.

energy healing session FAQ
-
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or near-body) energy practice that originated in Japan. It works with the body's own capacity to settle, restore, and find balance — think of it less as something being done “to” you, and more as a held, attentive space in which your body can do what it already knows how to do.
I often describe Reiki energy work as an equivalent to a massage session but for your energetic field.

I offer online and mobile sessions, so you can experience them from the comfort of your own home. You'll lie down or stay seated, fully clothed. I'll either rest my hands lightly on or just above different parts of your body, moving slowly through a sequence. Simultaneously, I will be guiding you though a meditation that I channel during the session specifically for your needs. Most sessions include a few minutes of conversation beforehand to ground the intention, and a few minutes afterward to talk through anything that came up and any messages or insights that I channeled for you.
-
It varies person to person and session to session. Many people describe warmth, tingling, heaviness, or a sense of deep stillness. Others feel very little physically but notice a shift in mood, clarity, or sleep in the days that follow. There's no correct way to experience it.
-
No. Curiosity and openness are enough. Reiki doesn't ask for a particular belief system — only a willingness to lie still and let your nervous system have an hour of attention.
-
Comfortable clothing you can lie down in. I also advise not to drink alcohol on the day of the session and ideally make sure you have some quiet time after the session to dedicate to yourself. Feel free to prepare a journal if this is your practice to note down any reflections or insights after the session. Overall, this isn't a practice that asks anything of you in advance.
-
A single session is a good way to try the practice. For anything you're actually hoping to shift — whether you are going through a stressful time, a recurring pattern or your body has been holding tension for a long time — the Integration Arc (three sessions) tends to be where the real movement happens. One session opens a door; three sessions are what let you walk through it.
-
No. Reiki is a complementary practice — it sits alongside medical and psychological care, not in place of it. Please continue any treatment, medication, or therapy your doctor or therapist has recommended. If you're navigating a specific health condition, it's worth mentioning it before your session so I can hold the space accordingly.
-
Yes, very much so — most people find it complements rather than competes with whatever else they're already doing for their wellbeing.
-
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. If notice is shorter than that, a £20 cancellation fee applies — not as a penalty, but simply so I can keep holding space for others who book with me.

I believe healing should be accessible to everyone, not only to those who can pay full price. If you feel called to work with me but are currently experiencing financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’ll find a way to make it work.
