I am a London-based multidisciplinary artist, creative producer and meditation facilitator with a Central Asian background.

My practice moves fluidly across performance, time-based media, visual arts and writing, with a growing focus on embodiment as a site of knowledge, memory and transformation.

Drawing on Eastern philosophies, Jungian psychology, meditative practices and ancient cosmologies, I investigate contemporary conditions of fragmentation and information overload through embodied inquiry. My work invites a descent from mental abstraction into physical awareness, activating the body’s innate wisdom as a counterpoint to disembodied modes of living. My ongoing inquiry into sacred sites and liminal spaces reveals the inherent synergy between place, spirit and the human journey. By integrating bio-spiritual elements into my work, I investigate the intersection of nature, spirituality, and humanity, offering a space for contemplation and connection.

Movement, breath and sound are central tools in my practice, used to cultivate heightened states of attention and connection. Symbolism and metaphor function as portals for free association, encouraging audiences to engage with subconscious and intuitive layers of experience.

At its core, my practice is a meditation on interconnectedness — between body and landscape, self and other, the visible and the unseen.
